What is the procedure for placing an order?

After you have placed an order in our online store, we send you a confirmation that we have received your order. After that we send you by email proforma invoice for order confirmation (please check products, quantities and colors).  If proforma invoice is correct, please arrange payment according bank details shown on proforma invoice. As soon as your payment is received (usually within 1 working day), we will send you confirmation email and will arrange immediate delivery. You will receive your order within 4-5 working days.

How do I change or cancel my order?

You may change or cancel your order before you have received the information about shipment. After your order is shipped, no changes or cancelations can be done.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer to make a payment:

  • By bank transfer –there is no commision fee for the service
  • By credit card or PayPal account – if you prefer to pay using this option – 5% payment commision fee is added to your order, as prices on our website is for wholesale and does not include any payment commision, what is taken by bank for credit card payment proceeding.

How secure is my online order?

The order is totally secure. We don’t ask you to fill any credit cards or bank account related information in our website. We don’t see any of your card or account details during your payment.

Do I have to pay VAT?

Prices on website are with VAT 0%. If you have a VAT number there is 0% VAT for your ordered products and delivery costs. If you don’t have a VAT number, the VAT is 21 % added to products prices and delivery costs.

What shipping options are available?

We are cooperating with DHL and DPD courier post. Both of these companies offer to follow your order in their online system.

What is the charge for shipping?

The charge for a shipment depends on your order weight. We suggest you to make a draft order in our online store. Before checkout website calculates what will be the charge for the shipment.

When will I receive my order?

As soon as your payment is received we will send your order by DHL or DPD, you will receive confirmation e-mail once your order is sent an email with tracking number, where you can see status of your shipment in online system. You will receive your order within 4-5 working days after shipment.

How do I check the status on my order or track a shipment while I’m waiting for it arrive?

As soon as we have received your payment (normally the payment is received within 1 day) we send you an e-mail with your order tracking number.

My purchase was damaged during delivery, what should I do?

If the product has been damaged during delivery we will replace the product free of charge. Please check the product packaging when receiving your order from transportation company. In case the packaging is damaged, please, make note on transportation company’s delivery documents that packaging is damaged.

What is the difference (or benefits from?)  between registration and quick checkout?

It is not necessary to register. You can place the order using a quick checkout. Please note that it is a draft order, you can modify or cancel it any time before shipment.

What are the searching options in your online store?

Our website offers you layout which is easy to understand. There are 7 main categories on the left side of the front page which offers necessary equipment and furniture for beauty professionals. There is possibility to look for a particular item in the „Search” window by item code or key words in the name of this item.

Is there any limit to the hours when I order from online store?

You can place the order any time of the day, but if you place the order after 6pm there is a possibility you will get a reply from our manager in the next day after 9am. Our office works on weekdays Monday to Friday from 9am – 6pm. Please be aware if you place the order on Saturday on Sunday- we will be in touch with you on Monday.

Are all items available immediately?

We have the biggest warehouse with all necessary products for beauty professionals in Baltics and Scandinavia. All of our items are always available in stock. In the unlikely event any product is sold out, we inform you about that as soon as we have received your order.

What if the product is not in the warehouse?

We contact you straight after we have received your order and inform you about product availability. In case if the product is sold out, we inform you when we can provide delivery, or will offer you alternative model in functionality and price.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Product exchange can be done in case it is damaged during the transportation or inoperative. In this case exchange is done free of charge. If you want to exchange product to another within 3 days after reception of original order, it can be done, but transportation costs should be paid by you.

Does the product have a warranty?

We offer 1 year full guarantee. If there is any issue with the purchased product, please send us a photo and description of the problem so we can solve the situation as soon as possible. Your product will be fixed or replaced free of charge.

Do I get the same warranty as I would if I bought in-store?

Yes, you get the same 1 year warranty.

What is guaranteed by the online store, if anything happens?

We provide guarantee and after-guarantee service, if anything happens during warranty time of 1 year, your product will be fixed or replaced free of charge.

How do I get a record of my order?

After making a draft order in quick checkout you receive automatic reply. That means your order is being processed.

Do you have an actual store where I can see the product?

Yes, we have cash’n’carry shop SALON LINE as well as showroom where you can see all equipment and furniture in Riga, Maskavas str. 6, Latvia. You are welcome to visit us any time.
